When you get in touch by phone, WhatsApp, email or through the forms on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property, and details of the pest problem. Our website forms and booking system are provided by ServiceM8.
We keep records of the work we do, such as inspection notes, photos of the property and the problem, treatment details, reports, quotes, invoices and payment records.
If you upload a photo to our AI Pest Identifier, the image is used to suggest what the pest might be. Please only upload photos of the pest, and avoid including people, faces or other personal details.
With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how you use our website, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and how you found us. This includes Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell your personal information.
When you upload a photo, it is processed through Make.com, an automation service, and sent to OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, to analyse the image and suggest an identification. The result is a suggestion only. It is not used to make any decision about you, and we recommend you contact us to confirm before acting on it.
