These terms apply to the pest control and specialist services we provide, and to your use of our website. Please read them before booking. Where we agree a separate written contract with a business customer, that contract will apply instead of these terms where the two differ. Sections that refer to “consumers” apply only to customers acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
We provide pest control for homes and businesses, along with specialist services such as falconry, proofing, disinfection, drone surveys, drain surveys and home buyer pest surveys. The details of the work we’ll do for you will be set out in your quote or booking confirmation.
The price and payment terms for your job will be set out in your quote or invoice. We’ll always tell you the price, or how it will be worked out, before we start work.
If you need to rearrange an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Any charges for late cancellations or missed appointments will be explained to you before you book. This doesn’t affect your right to cancel under section 6.
To help us carry out the work safely and effectively, you agree to:
We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill, using trained technicians, and use all products and methods in line with their instructions and the law. We’ll explain what we’re doing and why, and any precautions you need to take.
Pest control results depend on several factors, including the type and size of the infestation, the condition of the property, activity from neighbouring properties or land, and whether preparation and aftercare advice is followed. We’ll tell you if we recommend further work, such as proofing, repairs or follow-up visits. Any follow-up visits or guarantees included in your job will be set out in writing in your quote or booking confirmation.
Some wildlife is protected by law, including bats and active wild birds’ nests. If we find protected species, we may need to change, postpone or stop the work to comply with the law, and we’ll explain your options. We never exterminate honey bees.
Our AI Pest Identifier gives an automated suggestion based on the photo you upload. It’s for general guidance only and is not a professional identification. Please contact us to confirm before taking action, and never approach a nest or disturb a pest to take a photo.

If you’re unhappy with our service, please contact us at info@wiltshirepestservices.co.uk or on 07711 259749 and tell us what went wrong. We’ll look into it and respond as quickly as we can.
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book will apply to your job. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
